A 4-week hands-on exploration into reflection, resilience, and creativity

Finding Your Happy Place is a self-paced course that creates space and structure to explore reflection, resilience, and creativity as tools for reconnecting with yourself. By the end of the course, you’ll feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded, with a renewed sense of possibility for what’s ahead.

Designed with the challenges of midlife in mind, the course draws on my lived experience, philosophical and spiritual practices, and psychologically informed approaches to self-awareness and reflection.

It’s also shaped by findings from my research dissertation, Lived Experiences of Depression and Overcoming Depression in Midlife, which reinforced the idea that wellbeing is an ongoing practice of self-care, reflection, and renewal. That’s why I created this course as a place you can return to whenever you need clarity, grounding, and a way back to yourself.
